This house was occupied by Joshua Bolton and his wife Amy Bolton no earlier than 1989. It had a guest bedroom, which was designed for the children they planned to have, but never did. On June 22, 1999, Josh moved out, and Amy was left in the house alone. She vacated a week later, leaving the house empty.
