The descendants of Benjamin Scarsbrook, Jr. and Pellie (Jennings) Scarsbrook continued to pass Scarsbrook Manor down the line for several generations. Martin Scarsbrook, Willamina(Scarsbrook) Smith, and Amy (Smith) Bolton are among the descendants of Benjamin and Pellie. The surviving descendants were still maintaining Scarsbrook Manor as of July 2, 1999, though none had permanently resided there since the death of Martin Scarsbrook in 1992.
